How we handle the data you send through the contact form.
- Controller
- HiveCode. For any question about your data: hivecode.comercial@gmail.com.
- What data
- Name, email, project type and the message you write. Your IP address is used for 30 minutes to limit abusive requests.
- Why
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to protect the form from abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
- Who processes it
- Resend (email delivery), Telegram (internal notification), Upstash (request limiting) and Vercel (hosting and aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics). Some of these services are outside the European Union and use the transfer mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.
- How long
- 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, project and legal retention periods apply, such as those for invoicing.
- Your rights
- You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability through the email above, and lodge a complaint with the CNPD (cnpd.pt), the Portuguese data protection authority.
- Cookies
- This site does not use tracking cookies.
